   藍藻（或藍綠藻）是自然存在于地表水中的光合細菌。在某些光照、溫度和營養(yǎng)水平的條件下，藍藻可以迅

速繁殖，形成水華。

   一些藍藻產生的毒素對人類和動物的健康構成威脅。因此，歐盟沐浴水域指令要求監(jiān)測這些藍綠色藻類

的大量繁殖。

   藻藍蛋白熒光計可以通過對水樣進行實驗室分析來檢測實際的毒素，但這可能既昂貴又耗時。然而，藍藻含有一種稱為藻

藍蛋白的熒光色素，可以使用 Valeport Hyperion 熒光計實時檢測到。 Hyperion 在激發(fā)和發(fā)射波長上

都使用窄帶通濾光片，以確保響應是針對藻藍蛋白的，并且不受來自正常葉綠素 a 熒光的假陽性結果的影

響。
